“One of my favorite parts of this job is the problem-solving; finding creative solutions for unique and complex life situations.” -Evan Harris

Evan is a fifth-generation Montanan; he was born and raised in the Flathead Valley and loves the place he calls home.  Evan's father was a financial advisor as well!  So, to nobody's surprise, Evan began investing at the young age of 12 and went on to become a magna cum laude graduate of Economics at Seattle Pacific University. He then started as a Wealth Advisor in 2012 at a financial services firm in the Seattle area, specializing in diversified portfolio management and creative planning strategies.  Evan has been the Owner and President of Harris Financial since 2016, when he purchased the business from his father and employed until his retirement in 2021.

Evan and his wife, Sadie, are licensed foster parents and put their whole hearts into caring for kids in need.  Sadie is a graduate of the University of Montana, and they are both avid Griz fans.  Evan played soccer in his younger years and still enjoys watching on the world level.  In recent years, they've also started learning American Sign Language at Flathead Valley Community College!

Evan has served on multiple nonprofit boards and recently joined the board for Lighthouse Christian Home in Kalispell. In years past, Evan and Sadie have helped run the St. Ignatius Volunteer Fire Department’s annual fundraiser in Sadie’s hometown, and served local charities such as Samaritan House. They financially support a number of charities in the Flathead Valley, both personally and through Harris Financial.
