“Some of my favorite parts of doing this job are problem-solving and finding creative solutions for each person’s unique life situation.” -Evan Harris
Evan is a fifth-generation Montanan; he was born and raised in the Flathead Valley and loves the place he calls home. As the son of a Wealth Advisor, Evan began investing at the young age of 12 and went on to become a magna cum laude graduate of Economics at Seattle Pacific University. He then started as a Wealth Advisor in 2012 at one of Seattle’s premier financial services firms, specializing in diversified portfolio management and creative planning strategies. Evan has been the Owner and President of Harris Financial since 2016 when he purchased the business from his father who retired from Harris Financial in 2021.
Evan and his wife, Sadie, are licensed foster parents and put their whole hearts into caring for little ones. They are also currently learning sign language together at Flathead Valley Community College. Sadie’s alma mater is the University of Montana, so (of course) they are both avid Grizzlies fans. Evan played a lot of soccer in his younger years and still enjoys playing and watching soccer games. Together, Evan and Sadie enjoy backpacking, hiking, and playing with their rescued dog, Kimber.
Evan and Sadie also love practicing generosity. Evan serves on the board for Logan Health’s A.S.S.I.S.T. program and periodically volunteers with Samaritan House. Evan and Sadie help run the St. Ignatius Volunteer Fire Department’s annual fundraiser, in Sadie’s hometown. They are involved in various charities in the Flathead Valley, both personally and through Harris Financial.
